A 2024 Precision Planting trial tested the impact of sprayer overlap on corn yield. The results?
The acres that received a normal blanket rate yielded 275 Bu/A. Where the sprayer overlapped and double the blanket rate was applied, the crop yielded only 259 Bu/A, resulting in a 16 Bu/A ($64/A) yield loss and wasted chemicals.
Individual nozzle control with SymphonyNozzle applies the desired rate when and where you want it, limiting sprayer overlap and wasted inputs.

At this time, only certain makes and models can integrate with OEM controls, but all brands can be controlled through the 20|20. Compatibility will grow in the future! Check with your local Precision Planting Premier Dealer for specific compatibility questions.
SymphonyNozzle is an entire nozzle body so it will require you to replace your nozzle body with ours. It is compatible with a standard flow 3/8" inlet and 11/16" high flow inlet. Additionally, adapters are sold to install on dry boom sprayers.

NozzleSplitter increases spray efficiency by allowing a single nozzle body to deliver two separate spray patterns. This improves coverage, reduces drift, and enhances herbicide performance, especially in complex application conditions. It’s an easy retrofit for existing sprayers with nozzle sizes 08 and larger, making it a cost-effective upgrade for better weed control. Impact of NozzleSplitter
A demo at Winter Conference showcased the impact of NozzleSplitter on spray coverage.
The card to the left, sprayed with a regular Wilger DR nozzle, showed several sizable gaps in coverage that could lead to costly weed escapes. The card to the right, sprayed with the same Wilger DR nozzle with NozzleSplitter, showed complete coverage and left no room for weeds to escape.
