Your Old Technology Is Worth Something

Trade-in value is set by which of seven levels your old gear falls into. Older or simpler units sit at the bottom, RTK-capable systems at the top.

• Value runs from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on what you are trading
• It comes off the price of the new system — it is a discount on the upgrade, not cash back
• The new system is a PTx Trimble GFX-1060 or GFX-1260 display with NAV-960 guidance
• Competitor gear counts: John Deere, Topcon, Raven, Ag Leader, TeeJet, Leica and more

• $1,000 — EZ-Guide 250 and 500, GFX-750 display only, Raven Cruizer, TeeJet Matrix, Topcon X14
• $1,500 — AgGPS 252/262 DGPS, Ag Leader Edge, John Deere 2600 display, Outback S3
• $2,000 — CFX-750 display, AgGPS 442, StarFire 3000, Raven Viper, Topcon X25
• $3,000 — CFX-750 with IMD, NavController II/III, StarFire 6000, most full autosteer kits
• $4,000 — AgGPS 372/382, FmX display, TMX-2050 with TM200, Ag Leader Integra, Topcon X30/X35
• $5,000 — RTK-unlocked systems, TMX-2050 with High Accuracy, John Deere SF 7000, Raven Viper 4

The estimator gives you a number to work with. Turning it into a firm figure takes a conversation, not a form.

• Tell us the model and serial of what you are running
• We confirm eligibility and the level against the current PTx Trimble program
• We quote the new system with the trade-in applied, and the finance option if you want one
• We install and commission it, and you keep operating

Trading up and financing work together. If you are spreading the cost, see the finance options — the trade-in comes off before the finance is calculated.

A trade-in reduces what you borrow. Finance spreads what is left. Run the two together and the technology is working this season instead of the one after next.
